CEO and founding partner. Over thirty years of experience in administrative law, infrastructure, public policy, and smart cities.

Habilitation from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP) and Professor of Administrative Law at the same institution.

He holds Chair No. 63 at the São Paulo Academy of Law and serves as researcher and coordinator of the Government Laboratory (LabGov) at the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (FDUSP). He is also the Legal Vice President of Smart Cities Business America (SCBA) and a member of the Advisory Board of the Brazilian Association of Infrastructure and Basic Industries (ABDIB). He has served as President of the Infrastructure Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Section (OAB-SP). He is also head of the Department of State Law at FDUSP, and President of the Culture and Extension Commission of the same institution.
